Check out some enhancements with the 23.2 release Recurring Scheduled Jobs can now be managed directly from Portal Settings! Admin>Portal Settings
Scheduled Jobs no longer need to be managed with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). These can now be managed directly from the Employee Portal. Before this change, you could choose from very general settings in the Portal Settings for things like automatic creation of portal batches - at midnight on the first day of the pay period, the day after the first day of the payperiod, or the day before the first day of a payperiod. Now you will be able to be more specific on the timing of the automatic creation of the batch. Also the timing of email notifications like an automatic welcome email for a new hire can be scheduled to a more specific time and/or day.
NOTE: Make sure to review your custom SQL jobs before updating to the newest version, as they will be deleted. Modification of any default SQL jobs will require an update to the schedule on the Scheduled Jobs page.
