Exciting Updates in Vista 2024 R10: New Features You’ll Love!

We're excited to share some of the coolest enhancements from the latest 2024 R10 release! This update, which rolled out on October 2, 2024, here are just a few of the new features and improvements to make your work smoother and faster.

If you're hosted in the Viewpoint for Cloud™ solution, the update happens automatically. For everyone else, you’ll need to manually update your portal.

Highlights:

• Fresh Login Experience: The Vista Web portal login page got a makeover! It’s now easier to navigate for both new and returning users.

• Auto-Filled PDF Forms: Admins can set up fillable PDFs that automatically pull employee info directly from Vista. No more manually entering the basics!

• Billing Upgrade: The Classic Billing Compiler has officially retired. Say hello to the Next Gen Billing Compiler, which offers a ton of new features for compiling documents.
• Searchable Work Orders: The Work Order Dashboard now has a search bar! Find any Work Order by number, address, or customer in a snap.

• Improved Expense Processing: Expenses now process in the background, making your work faster and preventing duplicate entries. You will also now be able to view attachments without ever leaving the expense posting dashboard!
